Sheikha Mahra bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the daughter of Dubai's Vice President and Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, tied the knot in a lavish wedding ceremony on Saturday.
The bride, born on February 29, 1994, is the eldest daughter of Sheikh Mohammed and his first wife, Sheikha Hind bint Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum.
The wedding, which was a private affair, was attended by close family members and dignitaries. The bride wore a stunning white wedding gown, while the groom was dressed in a traditional Emirati kandura.
Sheikha Mahra's marriage comes at a time of personal change for the royal family. In recent months, her father has announced his engagement to Princess Haya bint Hussein of Jordan.
